The room was clean and exactly like the photos, i felt really good (especially after a long day of travel!). the staff was helpful. They always answered quickly when i needed assistance.

the location is really convenient. it is close to many shops, bakeries and places to eat. the staff was friendly and ready to help. i enjoyed having a coffee machine in the room.
the room was quite small. the carpet had some stains, which affected the overall cleanliness. the hotel does not completely meet what i would expect from a four-star rating.
