The location was great for accessing sights. The room was quiet, so rest was easy. The staff were helpful, providing directions when requested. I found convenient shopping nearby.
The limited in-room dining options were a problem. The menu lacked details, specifically information about side dishes. Reception could not answer my questions either.

Acceptable stay needs improvements
uncomfortable sofalimited menu
The lighting was not good all the white led light felt depressing. I would not sit on the uncomfortable sofa in the lounge. The in-room dining needs improvement the menu had one or two appetizers and one main course. The menu was not in the room I waited ten minutes until reception found it I did not order.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the facilities were well maintained. i love the location close to two metro stations.
the lighting is not good, white led light is depressing. the decor in the lounge, also depressing. the sofa there, it is uncomfortable.
