small sinkmissing refills
the sink in the bathroom was way too small. water splashed everywhere when i used it! also, they didn't refill the teabags or milk after the first day. only coffee pods kept showing up, really frustrating!

The hotel location was excellent. It was a short walk to the train station. transport was accessible. the room was comfortable and impeccably clean (i appreciated that!). the breakfast offered many delicious choices, ensuring a great start to each day.
the minibar refrigerator in the room did not cool items sufficiently, keeping them only a few degrees below room temperature.

The staff was cute and warm. They were quick to assist with requests. they provided helpful information regarding local attractions and transportation. the check-in and check-out processes were efficient and professional.

the location, near to everything, it really is top. staff are helpful, i liked that. i also found i had a large room.
the tv had a flimsy connection and wasn't easy to use.
