tram line useful kitchenette helpful staff
the location is excellent! aldi is right next door, and the tram line is just outside the hotel. the kitchenette is super useful, and the laundry room was great for me since i was traveling and needed to do some washing. the staff printed off my train tickets, so helpful
some aspects of the room were not clean surfaces hadn't been wiped, and the floor was dusty!

convenient kitchenette!
clean room cooking facilities
the room was new and clean. there was a supermarket very close by for supplies. i appreciated having cooking facilities to prepare meals. the bus connections to the city center were reliable.
the check-in process was not very user-friendly. the digital check-in kiosk was difficult to navigate. i required assistance to complete the process. some staff were helpful, but others were not as attentive.

my room was well-equipped with a practical kitchenette and a nespresso machine for coffee. the room included cookware and cutlery, as well as a microwave! an induction cooking plate was available, providing flexibility for meal preparation. the room also had good soundproofing.

the reception area is modern. the staff were present during the day? i found the check-in process to be smooth with clear instructions provided. the hotel offers convenient access to public transportation and a nearby supermarket.
