Selim provided extreme help. His kind service. The hotel enjoys a prime location, close to Fatih's Spice Bazaar. Major attractions are within a short walk.
The television in my room didn't work. I would have liked some english channels.

this location is awesome! it's super close to top spots, seriously just a quick walk or a short tram ride away. the rooms are cleaned and tidied every single day. the staff is very nice, always kind, friendly, and ready to help you out with anything you need. i really enjoyed my nights here!
the tram runs right outside the hotel so you do get some train noise throughout the day and into the night.

the location was good for seeing the main sights.
the room was not cleaned well before my arrival the floor was visibly dirty i did tell staff but it was not fixed the bathroom fan also did not work
