I found the free parking facilities very convenient. The soundproofing was effective. Breakfast had good variety with many options. The hotel also offered a helpful service for sorting out a room when my schedule changed (this happened unexpectedly!).
The pillows lacked support, which affected my sleep quality slightly.

Uneven stay. Some positives, some negatives

inoperative air conditioningoverwhelmed staff
the room's temperature was difficult to manage. the air conditioning did not work, and it became too warm, especially at night. this made relaxing difficult. also, i found the reception staff seemed overwhelmed. it was complicated to get an invoice with my name and address. it took three tries to get a correct invoice.
