The room was clean and tidy. The full English breakfast provided good sustenance. The staff demonstrated friendliness and delivered good service! Free access to the leisure center was a plus.
The shower proved difficult to operate. It wouldn't work at first. I eventually got the water running on the third attempt. Turning it off proved equally challenging! There was also no phone in the room.

The breakfast had a nice selection. The reception staff were helpful upon arrival. I found the location relatively quiet for sleeping. The hotel also provides free access to its leisure center.
My room lacked air conditioning on a warm day. There was also no bathroom lock, so privacy was impacted. The curtains didn't match the room's decor at all. Mismatched color light bulbs also.

the food in the restaurant was excellent and the leisure facilities were superb i found the bedroom to be huge without an upgrade the bathroom was very clean and modern i also appreciated the variety at breakfast
i found that i had to book to use the swimming pool and spa facilities also i needed to pay for towels i think this could be improved.

my beautiful double room non-smoking included two separate sinks it also featured a rainfall shower the size of the room was generous and provided ample space for luggage and movement .

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes for cardio i noted the pool area includes twenty loungers and also features a shaded section breakfast offered a wide array of choices with multiple hot and cold options.

the breakfast had a self-service setup, a very practical feature for a quick start. staff was helpful from the front desk to the bar (always a plus!). the spa was great with amazing facilities, so i booked again.

the location suited my needs. the room was clean and tidy.
the shower was problematic. it wouldn't work properly at first. the water was difficult to turn off once it finally came on. also, there were no phones in the room, so i couldn't contact reception easily.
