the staff was friendly and helpful during check in i found that acceptable
my room had an adjoining door i could hear everything through it the noise from the adjacent room disrupted my sleep i found this quite bothersome

the location was great. it had sea views from the hotel.
The restaurant wasn't open in the evening. no coffee service existed in the lounge. i expected to get a coffee after a long drive. there was no bar service in the evening. It was very disappointing. i was told the mariner pub was open next door, but i paid for hotel service. i expected the hotel to serve my sister and me .

The room was of a great size. I benefitted from the very handy location for the beach. The staff there was also helpful.
The cleaning was not ideal. I think both the inside and outside area need a bit of TLC. The food became just pub grub.
