breakfast buffetclean area
The breakfast buffet featured a good variety, and everything tasted fresh. I found the leisure area excellent. The pool was a good size, and the surrounding area was very clean and well kept (it was quite inviting).
The soundproofing between rooms could have been better, as I occasionally heard noise from neighboring guests.

the staff at dinner and breakfast showed amazing friendliness. they smiled the whole time i was there. breakfast included food with excellent quality. its value impressed me.
i booked three rooms. i requested that these rooms be close to each other. the rooms were very far apart. they were in opposite directions and on different floors.

decent stay with a parking issue

the staff were nice and helpful (i especially liked their quick responses). the room was spacious and warm with lots of plugs.
i was surprised by the parking system. the receptionist didn't mention it when i checked in late at night. now i have to deal with a fine and try to get the hotel to reimburse me. (it's really frustrating)
