great breakfast clean rooms comfortable bed pricey food abysmal service long wait
the breakfast was great. it was the best part of my stay. rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable.
i went for sunday lunch with my son. the food was good, but pricey. the service was abysmal. i wanted a desert but waited 10 minutes to get a menu.

issues affected the stay
banging doors boring menu
the restaurant and bar area WAS lovely the breakfast was excellent.
i experienced banging doors ALL night keeping me awake and hallway floorboards needed screws i didn't sleep the staff did not seem bothered when i reported it your menu is boring i was here some months ago and it was amazing many agreed now everyone thinks it's limited i am a professional chef and i know what is good.

Really good Stay!
quick check-in perfect temperature amazing shower friendly staff
Check-in was quick! The room had the perfect temperature. It had well-stocked biscuits, coffees, and toiletries. The shower was amazing with copious amounts of hot water. Breakfast offered a great choice. The staff were friendly, polite, and always on hand.
The doors banged near the top of the stairs all evening and night!

The food must be tried to experience how good it is! Our full English breakfast was delicious! I didn't try the restaurant, but will definitely give it a go next time!

The staff were helpful, pleasant, and cheerful! The service from every member of staff has been exemplary! Special mention to Ruth who was bubbly and got people dancing, a great party starter!

i FOUND the staff good. The breakfast was cooked to perfection. The room was large with excellent waitress service.
Old windows in the room had black mould. I ALSO saw black mould on the white blinds.

I stayed in a very comfy and tidy room. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the large car park. Parking was always easy. The hotel's central location.
The pillows were a bit flat. I had to request additional ones.

the staff were friendly and professional.
the cleanliness levels in our room disappointed me greatly. our sink had blockage i told reception on arrival, BUT IT never got fixed. i also saw dirty cups in the room.
