I found the modern hotel clean. the staff were friendly. my upgraded balcony offered a lovely golf course view. This was a thoughtful touch i appreciated. the air conditioning worked perfectly.
the noisy ventilation equipment near my room disrupted my sleep. it sounded like several washing machines were running. i was not offered a refund or discount, and the manager was unavailable. i received an email offering an upgrade for my next stay, though i may not return.
