a fairly average hotel stay
malfunctioning air conditioningsewage odor
the air conditioning in my premier double room never worked properly. a puddle consistently formed on the floor, near the bed. staff attempted fixes, even working until 3 a.m. one night, but offered no alternative room. the shower drain emitted a foul sewage odor when showering, its unpleasant.

The staff provided the BEST customer service. Every staff member was polite and friendly. Rooms were huge and the balcony view was nice. Breakfast had so much variety with the menu changing daily.
The hotel doesn't have its own sunbeds on the beach, a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast buffet had a good amount of choices between local Filipino, Asian, and western food. The menu changes everyday, so you get to try something new EVERY single day. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel is literally located on the beach, providing IMMEDIATE access. If you need a tuktuk, hotel staff happily calls one for you. Staff offered to call a driver for us when they noticed our driver was late.

The room was big, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom looked nice and clean. A nice bag was provided for keeping beach towels. Water pressure from the shower is really GOOD!!!

This location near the beach was IDEAL, with easy access to dining and entertainment. The hotel is near the main road too, providing easy access. You exit from the restaurant and you will be at the beach.

the staff members were very polite. they were always attentive to our needs! the room was spacious, and i had a nice view from the balcony. also, the water pressure in the shower was good.
some items listed as inclusions for the family room were missing when i checked in. this included the washing machine and flat iron. i also didn't find a dining table ready to accommodate five people in a family room.

The access road was not paved. This made arrival unpleasant. The room smelled. The smell seemed to originate from the bathroom drains, and the ventilator made it worse.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with calling a tuktuk whenever we needed one. Staff even offered to call our tour driver, when they noticed the driver was late. This really helped us get to the airport in time. The location is great. The hotel is right on the beach. I also enjoyed the food. The menu changed every day, so there was always something new to try.
The road leading to the hotel was narrow, and poorly maintained, it did not look like a road to a 4-star hotel. Sometimes after it rained, we had to use the back exit because the main entrance road was flooded. Some of the mosaic tiles in the pool were missing. I thought that posed a safety risk, for both kids and adults.
