The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with calling a tuktuk whenever we needed one. Staff even offered to call our tour driver, when they noticed the driver was late. This really helped us get to the airport in time. The location is great. The hotel is right on the beach. I also enjoyed the food. The menu changed every day, so there was always something new to try.
The road leading to the hotel was narrow, and poorly maintained, it did not look like a road to a 4-star hotel. Sometimes after it rained, we had to use the back exit because the main entrance road was flooded. Some of the mosaic tiles in the pool were missing. I thought that posed a safety risk, for both kids and adults.
