Our Rock Star Suite offered really good service upon arrival. Novi, Riisa, Wibya, Rini, and Dessy provided nice service. Rock Royalty area was a highlight with its exclusive, luxurious feel. The team executed every detail perfectly.
The pool sometimes looked cloudy, a minor issue considering the overall experience. Kids swimsuits occasionally stained green, a strange occurrence that warrants attention. This happened on some days and never occurred before.

The room had two queen beds and a well-cleaned bed. There was not much space, though the air conditioning could have been better. Only two large towels were available daily for four guests.

The hotel is in a good position, close to restaurants and a mall. This makes it convenient to explore the area. Traffic to other parts of the island can be challenging, however.

i find the staff very friendly. breakfast had many options for everyone. the facilities such as the gym were excellent.
i have to say the pool seemed not clean. debris floated in the water. my child felt sick that night.
