greenish pool messy breakfast
the pool seemed dirty. it had a strange greenish color. my child got sick with a high fever that night. breakfast was also messy. it felt too much like a market and the air conditioning wasnt working properly in one section on some days. they really need to do better in this areas. i did not like this.

family suite ample space fantastic pool
The family suite we had was great. It gave us ample space. The kids really loved the towel animals. Room service made them daily. The hotel had a shallow area for kids in the FANTASTIC pool. My little ones enjoyed burning off some energy at the playground on the grounds.

Rock Royalty Treatment
really good service private sanctuary excellent team
Our Rock Star Suite offered really good service upon arrival. Novi, Riisa, Wibya, Rini, and Dessy provided nice service. Rock Royalty area was a highlight with its exclusive, luxurious feel. The team executed every detail perfectly.
The pool sometimes looked cloudy, a minor issue considering the overall experience. Kids swimsuits occasionally stained green, a strange occurrence that warrants attention. This happened on some days and never occurred before.

The room had two queen beds and a well-cleaned bed. There was not much space, though the air conditioning could have been better. Only two large towels were available daily for four guests.

The hotel is in a good position, close to restaurants and a mall. This makes it convenient to explore the area. Traffic to other parts of the island can be challenging, however.

amazing stay
friendly staff many options
i find the staff very friendly. breakfast had many options for everyone. the facilities such as the gym were excellent.
i have to say the pool seemed not clean. debris floated in the water. my child felt sick that night.
