Acceptable Stay with a VERY Disappointing Issue
constant noise ventilation system
The breakfast had a good variety, a decent start to the day.
I am EXTREMELY upset about the constant noise from the ventilation system. It prevented me from sleeping well. The sound was loud and disturbing ALL night.

EXCELLENT hotel for Sightseeing
easy access clean room helpful staff
The location was great with easy access to public transport and a short walk to the city centre. I did all my sightseeing on foot! the room was super clean and cozy,. i found ALL the staff very friendly and helpful. They addressed any issue I had promptly.
Some areas show their age. A few cosmetic updates would further enhance the guest experience.

Breakfast offered good food selection. It included eggs, various breads, and fresh pastries, so I was able to try new things. the coffee machine made cappuccinos, and fresh fruit juices were available.

The hotel offers free wifi. I had no problems connecting or maintaining a stable connection. there is a luggage storage room available for early arrivals or late departures. This allowed me to explore without bags. it WAS very helpful.

My room included air conditioning. It maintained a comfortable temperature. the balcony provided an excellent spot for enjoying city views. I enjoyed my time relaxing out there. the bathroom had a shower and hairdryer.

Wonderful Stay Experience
easy access convenient lift
The hotel's location allowed easy access to many key attractions. Most places were reachable with a pleasant walk. Public transport connections were also convenient. I only needed one bus and a metro to get to the airport. The lift across the street proved particularly useful with luggage.
The blackout curtains in the room did not fully cover the window. A bright blue diode on the light switch also made it difficult to sleep.

Breakfast included many selections. The food was very tasty. It made mornings particularly enjoyable. The coffee machine was lovely. I loved having coffee in the morning, before going out to explore.

Receptionists provided an especially helpful welcome, and I felt very supported. The staff were friendly. The hotel also provided luggage storage on the final day because I had a late flight. This service was very convenient.

The room I stayed in had comfortable beds. This ensured restful nights. The rooms were tidy. The bath was very clean and enhanced my relaxation after exploring all day.

the rooms were spacious and clean, a really great experience. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. the location was also very convenient, very close to metro and tram lines. the staff was helpful, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
the building seemed a little old, i noticed some sounds within the walls.

poor sound insulation flat pillows
the breakfast selection was acceptable. it had some fresh pastries.
The noise level was a real problem. trams ran nearby, and the sound insulation wasn't good at all. it made it hard to sleep well. the pillows were also quite flat. They didn't offer much support.

The staff was helpful and allowed an early check-in. The room plus hotel facilities were super clean and cozy. I found the hotel location convenient, a short walk from the metro and tram. The city center is accessible within a few stations (it takes about five minutes).
The pillows were a bit flat (not the most supportive).
