The street noise was pretty bad. It made sleeping difficult even late at night (I wish I had brought earplugs!). The room cleaning was also inconsistent. Some days they did a great job. Other days, not so much.

I was given a room upgrade. The design was very nice. The bed proved super comfortable. I found the staff very polite. Andre offered particularly knowledgeable service. I recommend this beautiful hotel.
The location is a bit far from many of the landmarks. Expect to walk or use public transport.

i booked a city view room, but the room i was given had no view at all. the breakfast menu also wasn't clear about what was included. room service said pastries could be eaten in the room, but not eggs and bacon.

I appreciate the proximity to the metro station. It was a very short walk. The staff provided prompt service when I requested assistance. My room featured lovely interior decor. The bed offered really good comfort.
The room lacked soundproofing, so street noise was noticeable.

i loved the soft bedding and plump cushions. the bed was comfy. fresh air came in when i opened the windows. the check-in time at 3pm and check-out at midday helped me relax.
i had booked a city view room but received a room without any view.
