Wonderful city stay!
clean rooms excellent shower pressure premium toiletries complimentary minibar
The hotel features very clean rooms. The shower had excellent pressure. I found premium toiletries from l'occitaine. The minibar contents are complimentary and that was a nice touch.
My room did not have a kettle or milk for the coffee pods.

The hotel is near the city center. It offered convenient access to many attractions. I could easily walk to various points of interest. This made exploring very simple.

The hotel included a good bar. I noticed reasonable prices there. Breakfast provided a decent selection. Fresh bread and pastries stood out, and the tea selection was varied too.

broken tv poor coffee
The location was good.
I was pretty annoyed by several things. The TV in my room did not work. I complained twice, and someone came to assist, but I still had issues. They did not have a kettle and provided neither milk nor cream for the three coffee pods. The coffee at breakfast was also poor. The machine did not work the first day.

central location efficient staff helpful service
I appreciated the hotel's central location. Staff members were efficient and polite. The bar area offered a friendly atmosphere, and the front desk lady was very helpful upon my arrival.

The room was large and well-equipped. I found two comfortable chairs, a sofa, and two convenient coffee tables. Breakfast offered a plentiful selection and high quality. The location proved convenient, a short five-minute walk to the center. I appreciated the loan of an umbrella and helpful restaurant recommendations.
The room was a bit warm. The air conditioning did not seem to be working effectively.

convenient location mini bar tv issue poor coffee
i found the location very convenient. it was easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. the room included a free mini bar with soft drinks it was a nice touch.
the tv in my room did not work i complained twice. someone came to assist but i continued to have issues. the coffee at breakfast was poor the first day the machine did not work.
