I found the public transport nearby really convenient. It was super easy to get around. our room had such amazing views! the hotel itself was quite vibrant, with so much to see and do. i loved how close we were to both the train stations and great pubs near Lille Flandres station.
The coffee was nespresso capsules only. I would have appreciated freshly brewed coffee.

The check-in process was quick. I had a room on the 10th floor. It offered nice views of the city. The room was also quite spacious.
The hotel heating system was not working properly. My room was constantly at 24 degrees. I was given a fan after I requested help, but it did little to alleviate the problem. The TV WiFi stopped working the day before my check-out day.
