stylish stay. nice moments
superb location helpful attitude good variety charging station
I liked the superb location of the hotel. The staff displayed helpful attitudes throughout my stay. Breakfast each morning featured a good variety. I appreciated access to the underground parking, very convenient. The EV charging station provided a great bonus. A dog bed and bowl were provided in the room, I noticed.
The air conditioning in the room was inoperative, a small inconvenience.

clean hotel superb shower comfortable decor chaotic breakfast long queue loud music
the room was very clean. the shower felt amazing and i loved the little fridge. the hotel decor is endearing and i felt at ease.
The breakfast felt chaotic. There were long queues. getting coffee took a while. loud music made it difficult to sleep as it played until after midnight.

excellent quality comfortable beds
The hotel has friendly staff, i liked that so much! Breakfast includes loads of choice and excellent quality. The beds felt so comfortable. The location is great for access to the city.
I would have liked a kettle in the room. I see that's a minor issue.

fresh breakfast prime location helpful staff noise level carpet stains faulty remote
the breakfast was amazing. there were so many choices and everything tasted really fresh i reminded me of i had enough energy to explore all day! the location was prime its really close to main attractions it helped me save money on transportation. the staff were really helpfull they gave me tips on where to eat and what to see that only locals know.
the noise level at night was not good. i could hear music playing until late, so i did had a hard time falling asleep. the room did have some stains on the carpet that was unsightly, i expect a cleaner room for what i payed. also, the tv remote did not worked properly i struggled to change channels.
