the staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast had nice choices, though maybe one more option for children would be good. spacious and secure parking (important with a roof box) was available.
Cleanliness could improve. The floors had bits all over. dust on surfaces.

Parking reached a height of 2.2m. That was important for me because i had a roof box (very handy!). there is also a comfortable area to hang out in if you have some wait time before you leave.

the hotel is in a quiet area, but it is not too far from the city center. the location is a short walk from the centre, with a couple of good cafe bars en route if you fancy a drink.

the staff speaks english, which i appreciate (as i can only speak basic french). while i was waiting for check in, the receptionist offered me a hot drink, completely free. staff are super friendly too, so that really made a difference.

The breakfast service is excellent. there is a limited amount of drinks available as part of your stay. i bought some cooked food in a shop and asked for a microwave. There is one in the waiting area, helpful.

The walls seem a little thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

The staff was friendly. i found the rooms modern with a cosy bathroom. parking was available in a garage. This was very important to me! i was allowed to stay until 6 pm the next day, even after checkout.
The floor was not properly cleaned in my room. It needed vacuuming. the hotel appears very nice outside, but it does not continue inside.
