helpful staff friendly staff basic room
the staff was very helpful and friendly. i immediately felt at home. i booked a basic room and it had everything i needed. the value for money was great.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear noises from outside and inside the hotel. this affected my sleep .

ideal location rooftop terrace helpful staff ample storage
the location was ideal for exploring. the rooftop terrace offered amazing views (i spent quite a bit of time up there). i found the staff cute and helpful with directions. my room had cool air conditioning, a large bathroom, and ample storage space.
i noticed the soundproofing could be improved as noise from nearby bars was noticeable on the weekend.

rooftop views and central bliss!
quiet rooftop terracotta tiles perfect location
i was welcomed so warmly and i loved the quiet rooftop space offering views of terracotta tiles. it really felt special. it gave me the perfect space to escape the crowds and enjoy a drink while i wrote in my journal. the location is just fantastic. everything i wanted to see was so accessible.
the lack of slippers in the room was a small inconvenience . i do hope they consider providing them in the future.

excellent location smooth check-in lovely space
the location was excellent, right next to the towers (it's a great landmark!). the staff were so helpful. my room on the second floor had a lovely common space with couches and a bar.
the absence of tea or coffee facilities in the room was a small drawback for me.

friendly reception central location rooftop terrace shabby room bathroom maintenance clogged drain
I found the staff friendly at reception. The location was central. I could walk to many attractions. The rooftop terrace presented beautiful views.
My room looked a bit shabby. The bathroom could use some maintenance. The shower drain clogged often. I thought the sink made sounds long after using it.
