helpful receptionist excellent breakfast uncomfortable mattress old mattress
the hotel receptionist provided helpful information upon request i was very pleased. the breakfast was excellent the lunch was also good.
the mattress was uncomfortable the double bed was two twin beds put together. the mattresses were old i was sinking in the middle.

the hotel offered a really peaceful garden, which i enjoyed. breakfast had great options, and the beds were good. the staff was very friendly and professional, especially at the desk.

pool area clean pool breakfast options many options air conditioning poor air bug infestation night bugs
the breakfast offered many options, so i found something i liked each morning. the pool area was also clean and well-kept, a very nice spot.
the air conditioning in my room did not seem to cool below 19 degrees. it was difficult to get comfortable at night because of this, and opening the windows let in bugs.

amazing stay near the park
room upgrade fine suite spacious layout immaculate cleanness
i got a comfort triple room, and the hotel provided an upgrade to a suite, what a good experience. the suite was fine with its spacious layout. i enjoyed the immaculate cleanness throughout, it really added to the experience.
The air conditioning seemed a bit weak. The room felt slightly warm despite setting it to the lowest temperature.

welcome garden free parking twin beds blackout curtains
the hotel was surrounded by a welcome garden it was nice to walk the dog there was also a park just over the road i found large bunnies there i also appreciated the ample free parking it was convenient close to bus stops for easy access to the city center
the double bed was just two twin beds put together they did not stay together well i was sinking in the middle also there were no blackout curtains it was hard to sleep because i got woken up around 5 am due to light coming through the window

Excellent Facilities
easy check-in spacious veranda
I found easy check-in and check-out. The breakfast was nice in a large area. The room felt very comfortable and spacious with a veranda. I also liked the restaurant very much.
Staff was not very friendly, I hardly got a smile from any of the staff. Particularly reception. The face of the hotel was not cute. Some staff had a condescending attitude.

Excellent breakfast exists, and the staff seemed friendly. Cleanliness looked very good. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the bus station. A direct line to the center takes 20 minutes.
