Really good Location and Service

I found the staff helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. It was a very short walk to the main avenue. Our room was clean. I appreciated it.
The noise level in the room was disruptive. We could clearly hear scraping sounds from above in the mornings. This impacted our rest.

broken refrigeratordysfunctional air conditioning
I FOUND that the refrigerator in the room was not working properly. I reported this to the front desk , but NOTHING happened . The air conditioning was also not functional , and the reception told me I could just open the windows. STREET noise and music school rehearsals made it HARD to rest.
