small bathroom breakfast limit
The room was stylish, though the bathroom was a letdown. it was small and lacked a proper towel rack. this meant the towels never really dried, and a slight musty smell lingered. also. The breakfast included a limit, and exceeding it meant extra charges.

housekeeping service impersonal process
the breakfast was acceptable i suppose.
I was annoyed that there wasn't daily housekeeping service. Finding that out sucked. the self check-in process also felt impersonal, it was weird using codes and links. the lack of staff meant i waited way too long for assistance with a faulty light.

central location friendly staff quality materials
The hotel's location is central. It is close to many amenities and landmarks. I admired the interior design. The staff was cute and friendly. The hotel had high-quality natural materials, like wood and stone.
The small room had an equally small bathroom with no towel rail. Ventilation was absent. Thus the bathroom smelled of dampness.
