I found the hotel location perfect. It was an easy walk to shops, markets, and local attractions. The breakfast buffet was extensive and accommodated my gluten intolerance needs very well. The staff members were helpful and efficient. I also appreciated the secure underground parking.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, always available to offer assistance and answer my questions. They were quick and efficient at check-in. The staff members also kept the premises very clean and orderly.

noisy air conditioning
The air conditioning was old. It made too much noise all night. I changed rooms, but the second room was only a little better. The morning staff did not apologize. They offered no compensation.
