The hotel location allows easy access to the city center. Underground parking was available. Staff at the front desk are polite. The outdoor seating in front of the hotel is a nice touch.

i found the elevator slow, and it caused delays during peak times.

I found the hotel location perfect. It was an easy walk to shops, markets, and local attractions. The breakfast buffet was extensive and accommodated my gluten intolerance needs very well. The staff members were helpful and efficient. I also appreciated the secure underground parking.

The air conditioning was old. It made too much noise all night. I changed rooms, but the second room was only a little better. The morning staff did not apologize. They offered no compensation.
