Charmed by the Location and View
stellar location very nice sight
The location is stellar, right across from a major attraction. I enjoyed a room overlooked that attraction, an very nice sight. Everything I wanted access to was close, a bonus. The staff were efficient and friendly, always appreciated.
I found the room cold. The radiator did not heat the room well. Air conditioning only blew air, neither warm or cold. A space heater was brought in to solve it, okay but not ideal.

The room had charging points bedside. A writing desk was available in my room. A large cupboard offers ample hanging space. The bathroom included both a shower and bath.

Staff at the reception and bar were very helpful. Staff offered clear options for restaurants. They were very kind. I felt really welcome with the service they gave me.

Parking was easy to find. The facility included an open-air parking lot. I walked straight to a river. There I caught a river cruise. This was very relaxing.

dated hotel dismal atmosphere
The location was acceptable, right next to the Porta Nigra.
The hotel felt quite dated. My room lacked a fridge. This was inconvenient as I needed to store some items. I found the overall atmosphere dismal and certainly not cheerful at all.

i stayed in a large room. It featured a large cupboard and hanging space. i found charging points bedside very useful. There was a writing desk as well.

Excellent Location and Spacious Room
great location convenient feature
The hotel's location is amazing, right across from Porta Nigra. The room I had was much bigger than expected, also it was comfortable. I appreciated the charging points beside the bed, such a convenient feature. I found the openable window really good for fresh air.
The toilet paper felt cheap, which I realize may be environmentally conscious. I was offered one hundred Accor points if I waived room cleaning. I think better quality toilet paper should be provided anyway.

Breakfast was superlative, I found it difficult to fault. The selection was extensive, providing many options for various tastes. I did appreciate the quality and freshness of the ingredients used.
