Clean and Convenient Stay
quality fitting comfortable bed free parking hot drinks
the contactless check-in worked very well, important as i arrived quite late from a wedding. the room i booked suited my needs for the night perfectly. i found the bed very large and very comfortable so i got a good night's sleep. free parking was conveniently located near the rooms.
i noticed the bathroom wasn't completely clean, with some dirt and hair near the tap. perhaps more attention could be given to this detail.

the room was nicely decorated using quality linens. it also had an iron, ironing board, a hairdryer. tea, coffee and biscuits (a nice touch!). access to the room was easy thanks to the clear instructions i received via email.

i found plenty of options for hot drinks, including coffee and tea. there were also complimentary toiletries available. although i did not take breakfast, the presence of a café on site is useful, (although it was closed ).

i experienced easy contactless check in upon arrival. the provided shower had great water pressure. the staff communicated effectively through email, providing clear instructions.

The room was quite clean with everything I needed for my stay. Allocated parking was available and secure. I also appreciated the ironing board as I needed it for my clothes..
The basin tap was very hard to operate. The waste plug system was not working, so I had to leave the tap running during use.

Access to the room was exactly as described in the helpful email. I met a pleasant host because I initially had trouble opening the door. Internet access was also great, a key point for business trips.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. Linen was crisp and clean. Soft towels were also provided. The shower had great water pressure. Soap, shower gel and a shower hat were supplied.

a seriously great stay!
clean room quality fitting allocated parking
the room was super clean it had good quality fittings and linens i really liked allocated parking it was awesome. the shower was also great and powerful i am so happy to have stayed here. the pub nearby was amazing i liked that it was super close to the hotel!
