the decor was beautiful. the snack room was amazing, i loved having popcorn and sweets in bed while watching netflix. the staff were lovely and always ready to help.

the room was cold. the temperature panel on the wall was deliberately disabled, i couldn't warm up the room. i was told it was up to me to ask for the panel to be re-enabled upon checkout. this took away from the overall stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pantry was an excellent touch.

The temperature panel on the wall had been disabled by the hotel, I discovered. I was not able to warm up the room. I mentioned this on check out and was told I should have asked for the temperature panel to be re-enabled (I found this frustrating).

the location is amazing, right on the promenade. the decor is gorgeous and i found the room well stocked. the beds were comfy.
