Mixed Feelings About My Stay
ineffective soundproofingmissing price list
I found a few things quite irritating. The soundproofing was not effective at all. I could hear every tram and car outside, even on a high floor. The minibar also lacked a price list. I asked the receptionist about it, but her explanation about a barcode was incorrect, it wasn't there. The coffee sachets were not replaced after the first day and I had to ask several times before getting any.

the breakfast met my expectations. there were multiple options and it was clearly labelled with allergens.
my room was not what i would call chic. there weren't any decorations on the walls. i've seen better at a motel 6. also, the bed was as hard as a rock. i think i slept better on the flight over here.

charming stay

the rooms were very clean and spacious i had plenty of space for luggage the ac worked well. the checkout time was at 12 pm which was great and staff were lovely. the breakfast was amazing i recommend to anyone thinking of staying here to book it.
the location is a little far from the central touristic attractions around 20 minutes walking.

the reception staff welcomed me warmly as did the concierge and porters. they were very helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants i found their assistance to be invaluable throughout my stay.
