prime locationhelpful staffquality decoration
i appreciated the hotel's prime location. it was very close to the duomo and major shopping areas. the staff was helpful in arranging taxis and providing directions. the room décor felt boutique and high quality (such as the sheets and pillows).
the elevator seemed a bit old.

I found a great bakery just outside the building that had excellent coffee and pastries. there was no breakfast served directly at the hotel. a nearby café provided easy access to morning meals. i particularly enjoyed a delicious cappuccino each morning.

the location was amazing near major attractions and shopping areas i found it convenient for exploring the city the reception staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for local eateries they arranged an early morning airport transfer i appreciated this service the facilities were modern and well maintained.
the room had limited natural light due to its position within the building.

the staff greeted me with a warm welcome. the room was spacious and super clean. i appreciated the prompt assistance with arranging transportation to the airport. the convenient location and excellent room layout contributed to my pleasant experience.
i found a lack of easily accessible plugs for charging my devices which was slightly inconvenient

i found that the air conditioning was not very effective. it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature during the day. a second bath towel was requested.

the rooms location made it dark because it was situated above shops. the noise from the street persisted and it was quite loud in the evening. the shower was small. this stay was overpriced.

the room was spacious it had excellent amenities. the location is very central and convenient for getting around the city.
the air conditioning was not effective during the summer months. i also had to request a second bath towel from the front desk i was disappointed. the taxi fare quoted by the hotel to the airport seemed quite high compared to what i eventually paid using a regular taxi.
