The location proved convenient, with a tram station right outside the hotel! It offered easy access to various parts of the area. I found the breakfast options abundant with many choices. The staff was very friendly, they always provided prompt assistance and created a positive atmosphere.
The noise from the air conditioning was a bit loud. This. I think that more soundproofing could improve the room.

i discovered the beds had a firmness i adored. the shower's water pressure felt invigorating, a true awakening. i appreciated how the location sat right by the tram stop, near metro access, yet the rooms remained quiet. garage access felt easy for thirty euro.

the hotel's location was convenient. it was near many landmarks like piazza del duomo and cathedral. i also appreciated that subway and food places were a short walk away.
