I found a couple things disappointing . the minibar prices were not clear. I thought the drinks were complimentary, but i got charged at checkout. also. There wasn't much information at check-in. I wasn't told about the gym location. And there was little info in the room itself, frustrating.

I enjoyed the hotel's artistic design. The artwork created a nice vibe. the team provided great service. i appreciated that they were helpful with directions and recommendations. the breakfast selection had fresh croissants.

A Truly WOW Experience!
easy luggage droproom upgradesun lounger
I got to drop off my luggage super quickly and easily when I arrived early! I came back around 3 to check in, it was all super quick. I received an upgrade! I really appreciated that I could explore freely until I needed to leave at 3pm because of the late check out option!
I found that if you want a sun lounger on the roof pool, you have to book in advance. It gets super busy! Though there are plenty of other places to sit, so its not the end of the world!

The room had several amenities. The rooms included several items. They were spacious and comfortable! I really appreciated the attention to detail and found it functional.

The staff was always willing to help. It was amazing! The front desk service was excellent. They were so kind. I was greeted with warmth each day, I really felt that!
