The staff was friendly and helpful to me .
The room lacked proper ventilation I could not open any windows. Lingering smells from cooking stayed in the room too long because of this. I also found the breakfast disappointing with stale bread.

the apartment was very clean and well-kept. it featured a fully equipped kitchen, convenient for preparing meals (saved on dining out!). a grocery store located in the building was super handy for getting supplies.
the lack of immediate parking at the apartment was a bit inconvenient. i had to manage luggage through the tram station, and finding a trolley was difficult.

the hotel is so new, stylish, and clean! beds are comfy, great for tall people like me. the tv with chromecast is excellent, letting me log into my own netflix account. the kitchen has most equipment needed including a pan, pot, and kettle. the bathroom is roomy with a super comfortable shower.
i noticed the wi-fi wasn't always super fast, but it was always stable, still pretty good.

The hotel is located just outside the local tram station which is super convenient. there is also a large supermarket only 20 meters away! the tram offers easy access to the city center. It takes around 25 minutes.

The reception operates 24 hours, such a relief! the staff is very nice and easy to interact with, i love that. the hotel offers parking and the reception booked it for me. The system reads your license plate automatically!

the apartment had all needed amenities, and the cleanliness was perfect. i also appreciated the possibility to leave my luggage in a luggage room until check-in upon early arrival. the staff was friendly and helpful .
i found no ability to control the room temperature, a west-facing orientation caused afternoon heat, and the windows did not open. i had difficulty sleeping due to the discomfort caused by the temperature.
