Michel from the bar was a real gem. His friendly service stood out! Arnold showed initiative in handling a tricky situation, I appreciated that. The hotel's central courtyard had elegant restaurants throughout the lobby. It was a nice setup.
The room got quite cold, even after adjusting the radiator

The staff was super friendly and helpful . I found the food and drinks to be lovely, and breakfast was great. The rooms were well-presented, clean and cozy, with interesting details in both common areas and rooms.
The hotel hosted a late-night electronica concert in the lobby bar. The noise from the event disturbed my sleep and made it hard to relax.

the hotel had a fantastic location. it was right in the heart of the city. i liked that it was close to many restaurants, bars, and shops.
the room insulation was very bad. every noise from the street was audible. nescafe coffee does not match the standard of this hotel.
