fantastic central gem!
wide variety central location fantastic architecture helpful staff
I was impressed by the breakfast. It had a wide variety of options, all fresh and beautifully presented. the hotel decor is really something, the architecture is fantastic, especially downstairs, though i think the guest floors could use some color updates. the location is central, i could walk to everything i wanted to see, including the charming gamla stan area. i really appreciated the polite and helpful staff.
The room i had was a little too warm. There is no ac and i had to open a window, so the street noise was quite noticeable throughout the night.

street noise lack of ac
the location was acceptable it was pretty central.
the noise from the street was ridiculous it did not stop all night long. the room was also way too warm with no ac and i had to open a window with a fan in it. it was not the relaxing experience i had hoped for given i could barely sleep

Michel from the bar was a real gem. His friendly service stood out! Arnold showed initiative in handling a tricky situation, I appreciated that. The hotel's central courtyard had elegant restaurants throughout the lobby. It was a nice setup.

Charming Hotel with Excellent Service
friendly staff great breakfast cozy room
The staff was super friendly and helpful . I found the food and drinks to be lovely, and breakfast was great. The rooms were well-presented, clean and cozy, with interesting details in both common areas and rooms.
The hotel hosted a late-night electronica concert in the lobby bar. The noise from the event disturbed my sleep and made it hard to relax.

the hotel had a fantastic location. it was right in the heart of the city. i liked that it was close to many restaurants, bars, and shops.
the room insulation was very bad. every noise from the street was audible. nescafe coffee does not match the standard of this hotel.
