i had very nice staff. everyone smiled. the food was delicious. the room was clean. i booked a classic twin room.
the steep stairs were not ideal. i had two cases. the room felt small.

The breakfast had a lot of food. The staff were all friendly.
The toilet seat was broken in my room. The T.V remote was not working. I spent 20 minutes trying to get it to work and another 20 getting it off.

The food tasted fine, I guess.
The stairs were quite steep. I struggled with my luggage. The shower temperature was erratic, either scalding hot or FREEZING cold. The room was also rather cramped. I felt a bit claustrophobic.

the landlady was very polite, and she checked us in effortlessly! the room was lovely, i stayed in room 2. the bed was comfy, big, and clean! breakfast filled the stomach and set us on the right path for the day.

the member of staff was friendly and showed me to my room upon my arrival.
The stairs leading to the rooms were steep. This was not ideal as i had two cases. the bathroom was also very basic.

The room was quite spacious (I stayed in a Double Room). I appreciated the good breakfast. The location is convenient for the Croft circuit.
The stairs to the rooms are steep. This hotel may not be suitable with mobility issues. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate.
