lovely stay near the arena

the staff were very kind and helpful they were happy to assist with any questions i had the room was spacious and clean it had a lovely rain shower with very hot water i also liked the desk with a mirror for getting ready. the adjustable heating kept the room warm and comfortable
it would have been useful to know the breakfast location beforehand i was charged without having breakfast

The room was clean and well-kept, a basic requirement that was met.
The doors were noisy. I believe they are fire doors, but people slammed them all night. It showed little consideration for sleeping guests. breakfast choices were limited. Twice they did not have items listed on the menu.

The staff were very kind. They were also helpful. The location is good. It is very close to the city centre and felt safe. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. I also appreciated the lovely rain shower with very hot water.
The noise within the hotel in the early morning hours was unbearable. I could not sleep properly. Sound isolation is almost non-existent. I could hear every single word my neighbors said. There were also no blackout curtains, so expect lots of light during the day and night
