spacious room comfortable bed lovely shower friendly staff
the room was spacious with a comfortable, large bed. the shower was lovely. netflix and youtube were available on the tv. the location is perfect, a short walk to the shopping centre. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

stuffy room slow service
The room temperature WAS unbearable. i could not adjust the thermostat, and it was VERY stuffy. the breakfast service proved to be a major letdown. The coffee tasted weak, and there was limited selection. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and tables weren't cleared promptly.

lovely stay near the arena
rain shower adjustable heating
the staff were very kind and helpful they were happy to assist with any questions i had the room was spacious and clean it had a lovely rain shower with very hot water i also liked the desk with a mirror for getting ready. the adjustable heating kept the room warm and comfortable
it would have been useful to know the breakfast location beforehand i was charged without having breakfast

The room was a beautiful king room. the bathroom was fabulous. i was allowed to leave luggage after check-out. This was helpful. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Decent Stay with a Few Annoyances
noisy door limited breakfast
The room was clean and well-kept, a basic requirement that was met.
The doors were noisy. I believe they are fire doors, but people slammed them all night. It showed little consideration for sleeping guests. breakfast choices were limited. Twice they did not have items listed on the menu.

Central and Comfortable Stay
kind staff spacious bathroom
The staff were very kind. They were also helpful. The location is good. It is very close to the city centre and felt safe. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. I also appreciated the lovely rain shower with very hot water.
The noise within the hotel in the early morning hours was unbearable. I could not sleep properly. Sound isolation is almost non-existent. I could hear every single word my neighbors said. There were also no blackout curtains, so expect lots of light during the day and night
