confusing lightingbroken wardrobe
the lighting system was quite confusing. i had trouble figuring out how to adjust the brightness. even the staff seemed unsure. the wardrobe doors broke right before checkout. it made packing up very difficult.

I STAYED here and the apartment was super clean! Amenities are high quality for SURE. Showers are exquisite. My son said so. Plus, the large dining area meant family game time EVERY night. I would book again!
The lighting and heating buttons were confusing. EVEN staff did not know how they worked.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there.. The apartment offered unparalleled comfort with modern amenities. The kitchen allowed us to prepare intimate dinners. We also found the espresso machine in the lobby good, perfect for morning cappuccinos as we planned our day.
The lighting controls were a bit complex, it took some time to figure out all the settings. Better instructions could improve this.

the apartment size was decent for what i needed. its location near shops helped too.
i found the staff somewhat unhelpful, especially one woman, it seemed like they wanted to charge extra for everything. even when i needed more linens, there was a fee i didnt know about, it really made me unhappy, like they were nickel and diming me.

The location was acceptable though the price was a bit much.
The numerous lighting buttons were super confusing. Even the staff did not fully know how they worked. The lift opened to our apartment only. No one informed us not to close the door on the way out or we would be locked out.
