old elevator small room
the staff was nice and helpful ..
The old elevator made me nervous. It seemed unsafe. i didn't like that the room felt too small compared to what i expected. the small space felt cramped.

great staff helpful staff
antonis was very patient with schedule changes across three busy days. he also booked taxis and tours that were timely and informative. i especially liked the painting near room 413, which i called firehorse.
the breakfast selection felt limited for a four-star hotel. some items like cheese, yogurt, and bread were often missing. finding a seat in the small room was difficult, and i was asked to wait in the lobby while holding my plate.

the hotel is very close to the main streets, so there is no need to take buses to walk through the city. it is a convenient location to many restaurants, so exploring the city and trying new cuisine is very easy.

The rooms were super clean and cozy. I did not spend a lot of time in the room other than to sleep. artwork decorates the walls throughout the hotel. the rooms also had toiletries, fresh towels and hairdryers

They were also helpful in arranging transport and tours. gabriella at the front desk is wonderful, and her recommendations. staff were very friendly and helpful.

the hotel offers free onsite parking, a significant benefit so centrally located. the hotel also has a small elevator and there is 24/7 coffee (delicious) at the reception area. the residential vibe of public spaces adds to the charm

the staff was very helpful and friendly. there is convenient included parking, rare in this area. i found a nice residential vibe in the public spaces. but the location was perfect.

the breakfast had a decent selection.
i found the room quite small for a four-star hotel. the electrical sockets didn't work, a problem i discovered late at night. staff didn't seem very concerned when i mentioned it at checkout.

the hotel had a great location, only a short walk to the town center. there was also free parking available, a plus. i had a suite and it was big enough and fairly comfortable.
i found the breakfast selection quite limited (especially for a 4-star hotel). several items were missing, like cheese and yogurt, disappointing. the room i had lacked seating, and i was told to wait in the lobby when i asked where to sit with my food.
