Mixed feelings about my stay
useful kitchenetteabsent hot waterunavailable manager
The kitchenette was useful and had necessary appliances.
Hot water was completely absent after check-in. This impacted the first night. Staff repeatedly asked me to wait, and they showed me another room with the same problem. NO manager was available that evening, and this was frustrating.
