solid stay near downtown
central locationon-site cafefull kitchenfriendly staff
i found the location very central. a good cafe is available on site, so that's very convenient. the full kitchen is excellent for longer stays. i found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the air conditioning was only in the living room area. the separate bedroom had no cooling. this made sleeping a little uncomfortable at times.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and were quite helpful with directions. requests received prompt attention at all times. i also noted a good level of professionalism among the employees i encountered.

the hotel features a swimming pool. a steam bath also exists for guest use. guest laundry facilities are available, very convenient for longer stays when you need clean clothes.

Spacious Stay with Kitchen Perks

The location was central. It made getting around simple. Our room was clean and felt spacious. It included two beds, a couch with a coffee table, and a private bathroom. I also found a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with included coffee and tea, which i appreciated. There was a safe in the closet.
The food gift cards were a little confusing to use. There wasn't clear information on where and how they could be redeemed. Some staff seemed unsure about the specifics. That led to some minor inconvenience. The hotel should improve information about the cards or remove them.

The hotel had a green initiative. It gave guests a $10 voucher to the coffee shop or offered a donation option, if they declined daily housekeeping service, which i found very resourceful. Guests could also open the windows a tad to let some fresh air in.

The hotel has a coffee shop downstairs. It offers a convenient spot for a quick bite or a caffeine boost. Vouchers can be used here for a discount (or a freebie!). The restaurant provides room service.

A few grocery stores are within walking distance. It made it easy to grab snacks and essentials. Many places to eat were nearby, so i enjoyed various cuisines. Sunset beach is also within walking distance.
