very nice comfortcaptivating viewrefreshing walkunique experience
the superior king room offered very nice comfort. the view was captivating, it provided a lovely backdrop for the stay. i found the natural walk very refreshing each morning. i appreciated the fire dance activity, it was a unique experience.
i noticed the design of the terrace area around the pool could be improved.

The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive. The surroundings were serene and peaceful. The food was delicious with many options (the buffet breakfast was extensive). The infinity pool provided a relaxing experience with fine views.
I found the design of the terrace could use some improvements.

The staff welcomed us warmly with a spice garland and spiced tea. Fatimah and Nandana were especially helpful. The hotel staff was responsive and quick to address our needs, with great attentiveness displayed throughout our stay.
