The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the cleanliness level was excellent. Everything looked super clean. the location is very central making it easy to explore local attractions. i found the service to be prompt and efficient.

the hallway noise was a bit noticeable at times.

The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with both local and international cuisine. The food was AMAZING!!! the fitness center included several cardio machines and free weights. the hotel also provides free wifi, allowing guests to stay connected.

The staff was always attentive. The breakfast buffet included many delicious options. The room had a spacious layout with two seating areas. I especially enjoyed the tea plantation, a wonderful sight.

The hotel needed a little tlc. Some of the furniture was worn.

the buffet breakfast provided an excellent variety of south indian and western dishes that changed daily. the balcony offered marvelous views including the river and tea plantations. the hotel provided excellent laundry service which i appreciated.

the hotel staff called the room phone repeatedly attempting to sell services.
