Room Issues Detracted From The Stay

The location suited my needs during this trip
I found several issues with the room. The air conditioning did not function properly and made the room uncomfortably warm. I noticed dust on the shelves and the door rattled when people walked by. The room requires maintenance.

a lovely stay

check in was smooth and i found plenty of car parking spaces available i appreciated the electric chargers offered i discovered a family room provided what i would expect including a powerful shower the staff seemed quite friendly i loved that the hotel is next to a pub for food and drinks.
the toilet flush was turned off i found towels on the back of the bathroom door the toilet ran constantly i was given breakfasts as compensation it was faulty the bed was hard and small i didn't like that breakfast wasn't available until 8am at weekends.

i found the family room spacious the beds were comfortable and the room included all expected amenities it also featured a powerful shower which was a definite plus after a long day i had a good experience.

the hotel's proximity to the pub proved convenient for meals the pub offered a variety of food and drink options creating a relaxed atmosphere the hotel is also close to a mcdonald's which suited the children well.

the staff demonstrated attentiveness and efficiently they addressed queries quickly and created a cute environment i noticed their commitment to guest satisfaction which really impressed me i found them helpful throughout my stay.

i found the location easy to access from the main road and near various facilities the hotel's location next to the pub and close to a mcdonald's and lidl proved to be a convenience for quick needs.

my room, a double room, had modern decoration and reasonable lighting i appreciate. i saw plenty of free car parking. the pub next door IS ok for food and drinks.
the shower were lukewarm AT all times.
