The restaurant service felt quite slow. It seemed the staff struggled to keep up. waiters was unfamiliar with the menu. ordering additional drinks took a surprisingly long time. our room's plunge pool remained constantly shaded so we never swam in it. the roads leading to the hotel were very bumpy and made getting to town difficult.
