slow service pool inattentiveness
The service was consistently slow, a real annoyance. at the restaurant, ordering drinks reminded me of an eternity. I waited about 15 minutes. even after that, receiving them took an additional 30 minutes. the whole process was frustrating and impacted the overall dining experience. the pool service was also slow, and it was difficult to get the staff's attention.

slow service broken telephones
the food met expectations each day it was a different menu.
the service was SLOW in the restaurant i waited 15 minutes just to order drinks. my second drink did not taste as good as the first. the telephones did not work at all it was hard to be understood by the staff.

sea view comfy room helpful staff
the fortress bowled me over instantly i arrived. we got welcomed so warmly and then were shown to our super comfy room. the room included great sea view over the pool. the restaurant was also superb! the staff were very helpful.

the restaurant offers great sea and pool views. there is great food choice and every meal was tasty i ate . breakfast included many fruit options and good service.

the hotel staff are really friendly and make efforts to make our holiday nice. cleaning staff keep the rooms in tip top condition with twice daily checks. i found the staff courteous in the spa too, we were impressed.
