the staff arranged airport transportation. they also stored luggage after check-out (very helpful!). the breakfast included good coffee and fresh options. i found the location convenient for accessing local attractions. the room was quiet, a welcome respite after a busy day.
the room i stayed in had only air conditioning, not heating.

I found the breakfast REALLY good, with fresh options daily. The staff offered AMAZING service and immediate help whenever needed. The location is UNBEATABLE, with walking distance to many attractions. The hotel features a NICE coffee shop serving locally sourced roasted coffee.

the included breakfast met basic expectations.
My room had a significant dampness problem. It smelled consistently of mold. the bathroom situation wasn't much better. The shower's water pressure was very weak making it difficult to properly rinse. wifi was unreliable, practically non-existent in my room.
