The staff helped us book activities. Fresh bananas were available each day. The location was close to the weekend night markets. It was easy to walk to 7-Eleven.

The gym had limited equipment, with two or three pieces that seemed defective. This made it hard to maintain a consistent workout routine.

great stay close to everything

friendly staff central location free snacks

I found the staff very helpful. Paul and the girls offered quick help with reservations and recommendations. bananas, coffee, and small cookies were available daily. the location is close to markets and shops, a 7-eleven and massage places. the weekend night markets are also within walking distance.

the room wasn't entirely soundproof. it let in quite a bit of noise, so i recommend bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to sound.

The lobby includes clothing, bags, and local beer for sale. This is quite convenient. a washing machine and dryer are accessible without time limits, and you can buy detergent at the front desk for a small fee. there is an elevator available.

Breakfast featured both western choices and rice porridge. It tasted good and fresh. bananas and coffee were always available in the lobby. I thought this was useful. several michelin-recommended traditional breakfast spots were nearby.

The location is in a small street away from loud tuk-tuks. I noticed this. the hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the old town. phuket bus terminal is nearby, allowing direct access to the airport or patong.
