low quality breakfast missing beach facilities
the breakfast quality was low. furthermore, the advertised beach facilities were not available. the hotel staff did not respond well when my watch was stolen from my room. there was lackluster cleaning.

helpful staff rooftop pool amazing view city distance winding roads beach club
the staff were very helpful. the rooftop pool was a dream and i used it plenty. it gave me amazing views. the resort was beautiful too.
i found the hotel to be a bit far from the city. it takes around 10 minutes of winding roads and hills to reach from the main road. it's also not exactly on the beach. it is very close, but the beach club is a restaurant type beach club, not part of the hotel itself.

clean rooms comfy beds tasty breakfast rooftop pool
I found the rooms very clean and stylish. Beds are super-comfy. I enjoyed the tasty breakfast. It had lots of choices. The rooftop pool is AMAZING!!! I liked the hotel's design. It is very well laid out.
The hotel is a bit far away from main attractions. It takes around 10 minutes of driving on winding roads to reach the main road.

The staff greeted me with warm smiles daily. The front desk staff, especially Emmy and Yao, were always kind and helpful. The security staff also helped me feel safe and at ease.

The rooftop pool has fine beach views. The hotel provides beach bags and towels . There is a designated laundry area, and daily room cleaning is provided. The pool area had plenty of umbrellas.

The hotel is a short walk from the beach. This area has a calm environment with no city noise. I found enough restaurants, stores, and massage places nearby, very useful.

clean room spaciousness feel efficient air conditioning helpful staff
the room was clean and its spaciousness. air conditioning during mid-april in phuket worked great. staff was helpful. breakfast was good.
the gym has too few equipment and seems an afterthought.
