the location worked really well, being quite central. the room was also cosy, i liked the decor too.
basic cleaning needs some improvement. i found a blood stain on the quiltcover, very disturbing to see. i contacted customer service but no one came that night.

i found lots of facilities provided great value, including access to a nearby gym i liked the polaroid camera provided for capturing memories . the laundry room access was beneficial, stocked with all necessities making longer stays more convenient.
i found the automated responses a little slow, delaying immediate assistance for inquiries raised .

The location was close to many major sights. That was acceptable.
Room 101 was not good. I could hear people in the corridors slamming doors, and the tiny window did not let daylight through, disappointing. the energy-saving lighting system was inconvenient. The lights turned off while i was showering.

the location was excellent just a couple blocks from the main harbor. the comfortable bed made for a quiet sleep.
the unresponsiveness of the staff was problematic . i received an automated response about the manager being busy every time i contacted them about flaws but no solutions were offered.
