The location was convenient, which helped with getting around.
I was informed at check-in that breakfast was included. this was incorrect. I was still charged for the breakfast even after explaining the miscommunication. The room itself was tiny, offering barely any space to move around or store luggage. The lack of storage.

The room was very hot I couldn't adjust the temperature. The room cleaning was infrequent and occurred only every three days. Also requesting additional cleaning felt rushed and incomplete

this hotel has a very convenient location close to the city center. dining, public transit, and shopping areas are easily accessible. the bed was very comfortable with good bedsheets. i slept very well. the staff was serviceminded.
ventilation barely works. the room was quite stuffy even with the fan at maximum power. i found this quite inconvenient.
