The hotel location is good. It is close to the zero point slopes, bus stop, and restaurants. the staff is helpful and polite, especially when i requested a change in the room (it was arranged quickly).
The rooms feel somewhat tired. I noticed missing bits of plaster and paint. also, there were no spoons, plates, or bowls available in the room for basic needs.

the hotel is centrally located near many amenities. it is within walking distance of the main city, food joints, and the ski center (a very convenient setup). all buses stop nearby.

the rooms include drying wardrobes, a real bonus for ski gear. the waterworld and spa are just a short walk from the main reception. this provides convenient access to relaxation options after outdoor activities.

breakfast is offered in the kekäle bar & grill, i found the selection quite good. the pizza bar provides a relaxed atmosphere with tasty options (especially great after a long day).
